This is how it works, as it has been understood and claimed for eons. Creativity and emotion come from the heart, while the brain handles the mechanics of manifestation. I suppose scientists will say otherwise, but surely that isn't the case, for I believe it in my heart.

Love this, Lynn... so different from your other poetry and yet just as deep... so much said in few words but what is said speaks volumes to the age old battle the poet faces: do I write from the heart or the mind? do i let the mind control what the heart wants to say and edit it before it is published?... love the title and the use of 'coagulated' - in between those fluid and solidified thoughts... bravo, my friend!!!!
