Another Shot

Another Shot

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

Another Shot

take another
shot

and maybe
tomorrow,

it won't
be the
awakening

of the
damned...

next to
big ugly

lol, thats crafty, another shot and what happenes when one drinks too much, sometimes the regrets
can be more than the heart can handle, this is a great analogy, to wake up next to someone who would
otherwise have never been considered only because of the wise choice, shootimng one too many,
there is a humorous aspect to this, like a telling of worst romatic experiences, a lesson to be heard, the
straight-line form justifies the intent wording, intent on speaking to the reader's consious, i think
many people can relate, surely, myself included, purely poetic in design, thanks for sharing, excellent.
