A Daisy

A Daisy

A Poem by Alyssa Dufresne
"

About Family...

A Daisy, so simple

So equal, an Art

It's petals, so close

But some far apart.

I like the idea of using petals as family members...I dont think Ive ever read something like that before. It is unique, and tells a lot in such few lines.
To be totally honest, I read it, and I wanted to say...He loves me....He loves me not....But since I read the description, it kind of made that review pointless.
Thank you for sending this piece my way....

This poem seems so simplistic on the surface but is so deep when you look closely.

I know so many adults who keep blabbering all the time and yet there is not much substance in what they're trying to convey but you are able to say something so profound in such few lines.
I appreciate that so much.
Looking forward to reading more of you.
