Words can drip from my mouth
Or flow like ocean tides, mimicking
The thrust and withdraw of elemental
Love-making or they can freeze in my
Throat and cause heart palpitations,
Yours or mine. And ideas can
Cause my ankles to snap or they can
Just kinda hang there like mobiles over
The crib. Cashew halves waiting for
Rosebud lips to lick.
