A poem I wrote for last Earth Day.


Falling leaves, changing weather.

Clouds throwing a dark tone

Over gold brown benches and trees.

Birds desperately trying to hide

in order to stay dry and unharmed.

Embracing the arms of their best friends,

we find useful to chop down.

Most birds need the trees in order to survive. A reminder that we should live a life using a minimum amount of resources, that we shouldn't cut down a whole forest of trees. Thank you for sharing.

Wow I really love this,
I can picture everything because in a few lines you've brought such depth to the piece. I especially love the last two lines, about humans destroying the trees, it was great (:
