Darkest of Pitch

Darkest of Pitch

A Poem by A.M. Victoria (LostWritings)
"

Light of the darkness like salt in our wounds, open we bleed for salvation.

"

Follow me dauntlessly into the dark,

Merge with the ode of creation

Light of the darkness like salt in our wounds,

Open we bleed for salvation.

Pray, do you tell me the dark has no eyes,

Forever it watches this kinship,

I curse as you tell me that love triumphs all,

That destruction will fall to elation

Follow me dauntlessly into the dark,

And put all your armor aside,

There we shall shine in the darkest of pitch,

We’ll trust in our rogue declarations

So, follow me dauntlessly into the dark,

Where all shouting turns to mere whispers,

Two souls uniting as two bodies still,

The beauty of our decimation.

This is what happens when I stop trying to write, stop thinking, and just write. I don't even know what it means. What's your take on it?
