Do I know what my heart feels?

Inside my heart,
I feel a prick!
Don't ask me; don't ask me
" what it is?"
No, my heart isn't alone..
I have lots of love showered on me...
There is that sparkle in my eyes,
and yes, I glow with a natural delight.
There are also reasons to smile,
but oh dear!
I know our love shall never deprive.

Fourth line should be '"What is it?"
You captured the reader's attention towards reading the entire poem. That was very good. I liked the way you hinted the sentences like
Inside my heart, I feel a prick,
You captured my attention and I wanted to know why.
Then you mentioned 'don't ask me what is it'
You left the readers again in curiosity.
Then you began the explanation and maintained to gather attention. I really liked this. I must say this was a clever write.
