Mom Where Are You ?

it's about a child who misses his mom =)

Hey mom, where are you?
i need you mom where are you?
i feel cold ma won't you hold me tight?
hey ma where are you...

i need to feel cozy and i need a way to find love ma
hey ma where are you?

i got a degree, i graduated mom you the only person to believe in me ma
but mom where are you?

i turned 22 ma' look here i cut the cake but somethings not right
your hands mom...where are you?
i did the sheets ma i cleaned my closet ma but
i am scared mom, the worlds cold and harsh
grab my hand and won't you guide me down the road ma
oh mother where are you.....


And i see your name carved on the tombstone,
written "belongs to heaven" i fall to my knees
with tears in my eyes and i hear a whisper in the night
"i am proud of you son"

You can tell that's it's something extremely personal from the beginning, it's raw and heartfelt and you can't help but want to give the narrator a hug at the end yourself. They got they're life headed in the right direction, graduated, is moving up, and yet there will always be that little part that can never be filled by anything other than a mother's love. kudos and thanks for the read.
