A Poem by carmen

Ok I wear big earrings

and a chunky pendant too

I wear gold on every finger

and i have the odd tattoo

I wear a leather jacket

and denim jeans each day

from that you made assumptions

that now won't go away

you said that i start fights in pubs

you've branded me for life

you mentioned to some people

that I look like i cause strife

you never stopped to talk to me

or tried to understand

you've made alot of judgements

and you've forced anothers hand

you poisoned them with your opinions

now they judge me too

they look at me and do not see

and thats because of you.

Personally, I enjoy it. It hits home with me and my theory of judging books by their covers. The end does need more, but I'm sure it will come to you when you quit thinking about it. Good job!
