yeah, today is my big birthday... June 27,1986... now you know my age, ha, more matured now, more understanding towards others and hoping to be content someday, somewhere down the road.

This piece came out of the blue thinking of my friends back at home that I lost contact, yet in their FB I find them happy and well, good for them. Life goes on, we meet friends then fade away as time passed as we go on to the next step of our daily lives. For those who stay we're lucky, for those who don't I/you can't blame them, we can only say priorities comes first, i guess... For those who still remembers me, I am thankful to have them, and they know who they are...

I celebrated my bday here, because I love my family here...

Wow, so sweet and nice! I`m happy to read this lovely piece...even so late! I was not here during these months, but I read it now, as yesterday was also my birthday! I must say, the betrayal you felt on such a special day is apparent in the way it clouds your perspective, even as you realize that priorities often interfere with other dedications and that other people might not be able to linger around forever, nor even often, sometimes. But the sense of betrayal isn't projected outwards, as it usually is, but instead reverted to be restricted within you, possibly due to the sense of guilt empathizing with the ones who had betrayed you and because you perceive in yourself, somewhere deep within, something which you consider irrational; although that is subjective.

Poignant, and, however belated I am to say this, you have my regards for your birthday. Hope you have/had a good one.
