I write not

I write not

A Poem by Pax
"

-------

"
I write not because i seek your truth,
i just do - for someone who seeks
understanding in all the doors we see.

I write not because i seek your pity,
i just do - for someone who seeks
understanding in all tough roads we
go through.

I write not because this is a job,
i just do - for someone who seeks
relief to the burden he has not
spoken out loud.

Great writer wrote. Us, who love to write, we want to create a smile, maybe some sadness and make the reader ponder and think. Hemingway wrote. Great writers bleed to paper. Thank you Pax for sharing the amazing poetry and your thoughts.

This poem is a lovely description for why people create. I write, because not writing makes about as much sense to me as not breathing. Your poem is beautifully written!

How your words speak into us here, poets seeking release of these words that hide inside us. May we learn to find ourselves in each letter and line my friend.

You write from your heart, for that is where your words are stored;-] Nicely expressed.

i checked out the plagiarized version---good grief...even the pen name used...a form of "earnest"

not very "earnest" to do something like this.

Amazing dear brother and friend. Confessional and clarifying to the bone. So true and that is how it all should be. Your words ring honesty and sincerity. Kudos...

Wow. Sorry to hear that. I hope you can be able to do something. You are the original...:).........
Those soft-spoken, or even whispered burdens are often the hardest to carry....

Stunning poetry, my friend

Your words remind me of the man who rarely spoke, when asked why he'd answer, 'Someone has to listen.' And so it is with the writer who speaks with his or her pens so that others may think, wonder, be comforted or - more importantly perhaps, learn how to be a touch more than was..
Your words have reached my thoughts for a long, long time Pax. They still do.. thank goodness. Smiles 'pon your world.
