All or nothing

All or nothing

A Poem by wizzawiz

I’m an all or nothing type of girl.

That doesn’t just mean I love you or hate you;

It means I either cherish you as a precious part of my life,

Or you’re nothing to me;

Not a thing.

Rien.

At least,

You will be.

Hate always seems such a waste of head-space and emotion;

I won’t waste my time on such venom and poison;

Eating away at my insides.

As fast as I can, I’ll move on

To that blissful point of indifference

That I so desperately crave for you.

It’ll come:

It always does,

In the end.

Unfortunate,

When there was such potential,

But you’ve become something of a perpetual disappointment;

A breaker of promises,

And failed keeper of your word.
