Alone

Alone

A Chapter by Wondering Mind

No words to rescue this

thought detention.

Once a stream flowed

        through this now barren land.

Imprisoned are my feelings.

Lonely are my days.

                                   Lonesome are my nights.

Thirst engulfs me in my deep dive,

        alone.

Great poem full of clear images and descriptions. A piece that many here would relate to.

Everyone feels alone at some point. And you know that's why I always like playing music when I write that way I can at least enjoy and sing along so I know I'm not alone. Nicely done and even more nicely written!

The font isn't hard, it's so stylish!
The font is so cute, it isn't that messy or hard to see or read, I love the way you do this and the poem is great!

no words... is bad

yes! like a barren land
where a stream once flowed

feelings without words
to set them free

thirsty loneliness
like that barren land
for the stream

but in writing the stream
always returns

FYI: The font is difficult!
Okay, could be great with polish!
