A Chi Mai

A Chi Mai

A Chapter by Wondering Mind
"

in fractals

"

though alone

no lonliness sorrows

the night’s

silent solitude

and still

the heart stills

in gratitude

and sends back

a chi mai,

that

in fractals

sent their love

i find music and fractals to go hand in hand. it must be amazing to experience the two at once. fractals bring to mind something that has no beginning or end and whose designs are perfect.

tense issue. i;m fairly certain the last verb is erroneous. Maybe I'm getting the context wrong though.

I remember being captivated by this music when I first heard it and I often think that instrumentals are rather like poetry without words. By using this title phrase as an incorporation into a poem dedicated to it I think you have done it justice and transcribed the mysterious nature of its theme rather well. The charm of the piece is reflected in the warmth and atmosphere of this poem.
