Dream Weaver Spins a Silver Thread

Dream weaver of words stood upon billowy clouds of time,
And tip toed into presence of my yearnings sublime.
Spun was feathery thread of celestial silver,
Wrapped tightly about my heart, sending forth a shiver.

Obscured shadows closed curtains of a starless night sky.
Bits of silver 'midst my dreams thus bid sorrows to fly.
Rested they upon folds of softy lined satin cloud--
Tucked in ever so gently, wrapped in a mourning shroud.

Dawned then was a genesis event of astral light,
As Dream Weaver cast silver threads in the dark of night.
Captured were memories of the mind of times before--
Intentions of “now” to bring winds of reason to home shore.

Angels in heavenly flight joined the dreams weaver's spin--
Spreading gossamer of wings ‘cross thoughts woven within.
Heard were songs of, "Believe in beauty of your dreams"!
Future's safe haven spins now silver kissed moonbeams.

Past, present, and future melded as doubts did succumb,
Erasing distant hurt, rejection and feelings numb.
He bowed before me with dreams of luscious lips to meet,
As rainbows painted a waiting sky with joy to greet!

The artful dream weaver bounded me with love and peace,
So in the morn I awakened with joy ne’er to cease.
Hopes of ‘morrow in cords of pure silver thread
Spun an aura of fantasy about wedding bed.

Sheila, Ms. Lady of Dream Weaver Love

A silver thread of hope may spin one's dreams into an oasis of joy within their spirit!

Romantic, seductive, filled with elegant sensual references! Absolutely dreamy words here, Sheila. the images are multi-colored and velvety. The last line makes it all seem so conservative....the wedding bed...but truthfully, the wedding bed should be just as enticing as any fantasy. You truly are a "Dream Weaver". Lydi**
