Bedroom Eyes

Bedroom Eyes

A Poem by Wynter Page
"

too much to explain...

"

don't look at me like that,

don't you realize what you're doing?

you're speaking without ever moving your lips.

I don't think you understand.

I've always wanted to hear you say it.

god, I swear I can hear your voice.

you're gazing at me, daring me to.

I want to move inside your body.

I want to dissect you

and learn about every piece.

you are the specimen I've been dreaming of.

I don't think we've taken it far enough.

you've pinned yourself against a wall.

why do you look so uncomfortable?

all I want is to touch your hair.

kiss your lips, get to know you?

what happened to that smile?

why do look scared but composed?

why don't you think of me as much as I do you?

why can't you look me in the face?

I can't stop looking at those sweet, sweet bedroom eyes...
