Cleanse

a poem about mindfulness

A moment of clarity

is not just the presence of thought

the presence of awareness

or a method taught 

It's all of those things, but also not

for mindfulness is the golden paradox

a step outside to peer within

an arousal of self somniferously

and both the ends and means to begin again
