HEART

Last   to   wear   the   shield   though…

This   thing   I   very   well    know ,

I   found   when   unshielded   it   was   free…
But   no   arrow   could   pierce   this   heart   now,

So,  there   won’t   be   any   injury !!

 

But ,
Oh !  this   fool..
I   know   it   will
Burst   therein   a   thousand   times…
Missing   those   people   and   million   things ,
That   have   now   changed   with   the   changed   times !

This   heart ,  I   know,  will   dance   to   the   knells   of   sadness ..
Like   a   madman   talking   to   himself !

And   you   will   be   mocking. . .

Without   knowing   it   houses   you   still !

Silent   will   it   be   to  you  ,

And   quiet   to   the   worlds   around…

Cause   which   can   scale   its   pain ,
There   isn’t   such   sound !!
