Hockey Is

Hockey Is

A Poem by lawrence bear

The Glory

Hockey is ,

a goal,

a mission.

Hockey is,

my heart,

my condition.

Hockey is,

a gamble,

a roll of the dice.

Hockey is,

a commitment,

and self sacrifice.

Hockey is,

my life,

my pride.

Hockey is,

my passion,

with nothing to hide.

Hockey is,

my breath,

my story.

Without it,

no goals,

no glory.

Well put together for random thoughts. I am a hockey spectator so I appreciate the player's point of view. Nicely done!
