Only Love at Night

A Space-Eske Scheme (written for a "at the time" lover)

Eyes like stars they make a dark sky shine,

That's why you always glow right through the night time,

Watching meteor and comet trails as they soar by,

I feel important as the sun when you say I'm your guy,

And you're my moon I pull you closer with a lasso,

Let's dance with the constellations teach you bout astro-

ology, follow me to the edge of space boo,

Keep your eyes open let the sights embrace you,

Gorgeous like the northern lights, I'm focused on your lips,

Blinded by the beauty, don't look directly at eclipse,

Every couple hundred years it's something not to miss,

I'll travel across the galaxy and meet you with a kiss,

This is perfect timing, next week there is going to be a great meteor shower that the moon wont be messing up the view :~)
Again your word mastery and the emotion in your poetry is spellbinding, and how can you say anything bad about a person willing to cross the galaxy for a kiss. Great read, thanks for posting so I could enjoy it.

Mmm we are probably in different timezones but I always try catch the nightsky shows. I'm a very spiritual and emotional person, truthfully Iit does help me wriite. And for that person I would travel across the galaxy for a kiss. Muah. Thank you for the feedback.
