Musings Of A Lost Soul

Musings Of A Lost Soul

A Chapter by Dr. YumnaKay

Wounds marked on my soul
Make me wonder what I did
To get them, to earn them
These scars have uncovered a new way
For me to fly away
To not care
To not flare
Now don't you dare
Come near
You don't affect me anymore
The way you did before
I am gonna go
Coz I'm a lost soul
Without a goal

I dont think you should let the surrounding decide your inside. Theres always going to be that little rock that makes you trip, it doesnt mean you stay buried in the floor, you should always come back from it

Yes, this happens. Our wounds make us indifferent to things first and later to people. I also have similar thought..
The pain definitely is there and will be there but the resolution is clear, the message is very clear..
Again a beautifully crafted touching write...
Keep up the good work, YumnaKay!

Sad, yet honest words from the heart. I have felt this. When you feel your soul has gone, is just when you need it the most.

I think the ending is rather tragic but unfortunately very real for those people who give up on life.
