Spontaneous thoughts.

Sometimes, 

the curiosity for what life has in store, 

is far greater than our aversion towards 

what's happening in the now, 

which is what keeps us sane 

at most times.

I agree with your well-stated view of human nature, but I would venture to say it's true for only about half of people. There's another half who really do picture only doom & gloom on the path ahead, so that there's not a bit of buoyancy or hope, in the act of moving ahead in life. I've noticed this dividing line more as I grow old, surrounded mostly by friends who thrive or shrivel in this part of life (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

I agree with what you say. I feel like that other half keep dangling on that dividing line. And I do think it's not really possible to always be positive, regardless of what anyone says...
