Dreary Mornings

Dreary Mornings

A Chapter by Dr. YumnaKay
"

Ramblings. Unedited.

"

Midnight swallowed

overweening pride, unbidden,

in all its hollowness,

as worthlessness dug up

a permanent hole

around the edges of

dreary mornings.

Those words say far, far more than their letters, Yumna. They near give brilliance to the moods of those mornings.

oh dear I am so sorry
A deeply sad piece as the protagonist has sleepless nights and still faces the morning feeling worthless. A short piece with impacr and such pathos.
