Writing was never my favorite subject in school, particularly because I didn't have confidence in my writing abilites. However, after realizing my potential in college, writing for my school's online news source and gaining encouragement from family and professors I had a newfound love for writing.

I can't really tell you where I got the idea for the current story that I'm writing, but I'll just say it came to me after brainstorming different ideas.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading Young Adult novels, drawing, researching genealogy and indulging in Law and Order: SVU episodes.
