As an artist I find myself constantly questioning the validity of my art. I came here in hopes of meeting some folks who maybe were fighting the same battles, or just wanted to read. I wish to grow as a writer by being a part of this community, and I hope to help others do the same.

I was an English teacher, but I have decided to take a leap of faith and pursue my writing more fervently. I've worked in many fields of construction and look forward to doing something with beer as I am a microbrew addict spaz elitist thing. I don't take much seriously, but I do care what others have to say for at the very least I can gain a new perspective.

I'm addicted to satire and have high admiration for the likes of Swift and Twain. I believe that is somewhat reflected in my writing, but I will let you be the judge of that.
