I write stories, poetry, scripture, anything I want to. Don't feel restricted to a genre or a type, do what makes you happy.
Sometimes I don't write to express, I paint (not very well), or do any sort of thing I feel like doing.
If you are pleased with what you are doing, I think it's good.

At different times in our lives we find it easier to write about different things, but I think writing is always possible.
Sometimes it flows and sometimes we have to consider each word, but that's the beauty of it all.
Mental stability is certainly overrated, at least.
