Janet Ferolito

I am experiencing an identity crisis. I thought I was born to be a writer. I feel so connected to my characters and their stories. What I call 'poetry' flows freely from me. But I have recently decided to take my writing seriously and pursue a career of it and have found that I am not among the ranks of writers. I doubt myself and my ability to succeed in this endeavor. I am lost, now. I feel barren and stripped of what I thought I had been adorned.
