About Me

Michael William Cook, a retired Major from the United States Air Force, earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. As a history enthusiast who enjoys worldwide travel, he frames his writings of events and ideas in a historical context. He self-published 12 travel books from his journeys in North America, Europe, and Asia. Michael is also the author of "Meditations for Modern Man: Wisdom from your Father", "Passamaquoddy Legends (Annotated Edition)", and "Shadow of the Trees: Poems & Prose" available exclusively on Amazon. He is currently working on a book "How to Plan Road Trips: Epic Family Adventures Made Easy"
