About Me

It's the cliche story. I've been writing since I was six, and it's a passion. Once upon a time I was writing for fun. It's within my interest now to learn how to write professionally. I want to learn how to improve my writing and perhaps learn what it takes to get published. I want to learn the struggle of trying to get a contract, and learn the suffering of endless rejections and failures. I want to learn to live through the risky days of either having minimal to mediocre success or perhaps doing everything for absolutely nothing.

I want to write about universal and challenging themes. I want to write with a sense of purpose, to teach people ideas and morals through stories, not just provide them entertainment from the words. I want to learn how to write stories that leave readers saying, "Wow, that was a good story," not because of the plot twists and dramatic tensions, but because of the life-changing ideas and lessons it taught them that speaks to their soul. I want to learn how to write high-quality fiction, outstanding works of fine literature, pieces with timeless ideas that never age.

That's my goal. It'll take a while to get there. And a lot of effort. The failures and embarrassments are inevitable, but they're also necessary for extra wisdom. It might take forever, and it might all be for nothing, but at least I'll enjoy the journey. For now, I'll keep writing the best I can, and keep improving.
