I'm 23 years old, happily married, and currently in Cleveland, Ohio. I love to write poetry and have been since I was about 10. I remember the first major poem I wrote (though I don't remember the poem itself) was about finding out about my older sister. I took it down to my dad, in the garage, and he thought I had gotten it from a book or the internet and honestly did not believe I had written it. I have been lax in my writing, but when my grandfather died in March of 2008, my grandmother asked that I write a poem for his funeral service. I am trying to get back into poetry. Bare with me.
