I'll start off with mine. I love Moist von Lipwig, from Going Postal and Making Money. I can't wait until Raising Taxes comes out this next year.

Moist was a crook, but when he gets hired by Lord Vetinari to clean up Ankh-Morpork's Post Office, things get good. I love his style and his smart cockiness.

Mine would have to be Twoflower, he is just so innocent and naive while things happen around him, its Hillarious.

I'd say either Moist von Lipwig or Death.
