Broken Poets Asylum Forum Crushes

If you've ever told someone you like them and then find out that they just became unavailable,  you know how this feels:

One night him and I were texting and I asked what he thinks I should do if I like a guy but think he likes someone else. He said "he could never look at you again, pretend you never said anything, or like you back". Having something to think over I told him good night and went to sleep. The next day at the end of school I went to him and said "remember the talk we had yesterday?" he said "yeah, why?" I replied "which catagory do you fall under?" then walked off. He then texted me saying he was sorry but is now dating a girl who asked him out that morning, and he was about to ask me out, but didn't want to hurt her feelings.
