So, I need advice. How do you come up with a good title for a story/poem/book?

I think all my titles stink, but I try to come up with one that is line with the theme of the poem, or I like for the picture I use to inspire the title and the poem.  Usually I come up with the title first and try to write the poem to fit it.  Either way a title is only the title :)  I wish I could have been more help.
