Midnight sat comfortably in the form of a tree, a black dragon serpent slid around her arm, silently hissing. She frowned. Deep red blood soaked through her jet black fur and one large cut across her back oozed out scarlet red blood, now dripping onto the deep brown branches of the tree she was sitting in. "They'll be here to kill me soon." She muttered to the serpent, which hissed in reply. "I wonder if they'll be able to kill me this time." She grinned sadistically. "No, you're right. They won't. They're too stupid."
