After hitting Anthony with a board, injecting Johnny with a needle and leaving him temporarily paralyzed, she sneaks aboard the boat where Matt is having his celebration for being published.

She injects the crew of the boat, throws Elizabeth overboard, and tries, unsuccessfully, to inject Patrick with Robin's HIV+ blood...

...and has somehow escaped...she was last seen waving down what may be another boat...(Anthony had arranged for a boat to take Lisa far away)....
