Underground Writers Network Forum Writer's Block

Just wondering how others here manage writers block. 

I've been stuck on Chapter 5 of my work in progress for a long time now. I know what I want to happen in the chapter (I've outlined the whole novel) but the conversation just isn't flowing. I've recently been thinking that I should simply skip this chapter and start on chapter 6 and then come back to it at a later date. Thoughts?
