Well there's this book called "THE HORROWING" by Alexandra Sokolof. I though it was really good. It's a horror story. ::suprised::

Hmm...let's see, there's my book, "Under The Bridge," available through lulu.com.

Other than that:

"Wonder Boys" by Michael Chabon
"A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius" by Dave Eggers
"A Long Way Down" by Nick Hornby
"Fahrenheit 451" by Ray Bradbury
"The Last Picture Show" by Larry McMurtry.

You could read See No Evil by Robert Baer if u liked Syriana sort of stuff, some argue its a way to recruit people for the CIA but its an excellent source for history and geographic exploration. Also the Constant Gardener was a action packed book before the movie. I forget the author, he is french though. ::smile:: Plus anything from Sherrilyn Kenyon is always fun. depends on what you are looking for.

First off, thanks for featuring my story. Wow, amongst the groups I'm in, I have three of my writings featured and I myself am a featured writer on two. Warms my heart, as it's been a long loooong time since I've been featured on the site proper.

Anyway, some more reading suggestions:

"The Outsiders" by S.E. Hinton
"Hey Nostradamus!" by Douglas Coupland
"The Basketball Diaries" by Jim Carroll
"The Mysteries of Pittsburgh" by Michael Chabon
"Belinda" by Anne Rice (writing as Anne Rampling)
"A Home At the End of the World" by Michael Cunningham
"The Giver" by Lois Lowry
