I am an adult, therefore the majority of my characters are adults, and they speak and act like adults. Even though I strive to keep my stories at PG-13 or lower, I don't allow my own teenage daughter to read them. (If it were up to me, I'd keep her in the dark about a lot of this stuff until she was 30.) |
