When you get a chance check out my piece, "Weyward". I wrote it last night. It began as a joke--i was imagining being at a spoken word reading, wearing sun glasses and saying words through a vocodor to a background of blaring techno--and then it kind of turned into a rant. I still don't know how I feel about it.
Also--it is really disheartening to read the "popular poetry" on this site. Nothing original. Furthermore most of it is really mundane with a few diamonds here and there.
