Summer Child

I'm 15 and have only picked up the writer's pen in the last few years. Friends have always encouraged me, though I have only been known to write when angst is driving me forward. I am a romantic, thus much of my work, but my horizons expand every day. I hope this will let some of those silly ideas flee, and more serious ones take their place. I am not taken seriously much of the time, and many of my friends cannot see the "real" me, though I think poetry conveys most of my thoughts on time, ideals, and life, which are what my personality thrives on.
