About Me

Bonnie Everett-Hawkes is the author of two books for children and has illustrated over 30 books for children,authors and educators including an emergent early reader's series. She began her publishing career in 1975 illustrating for Christian denominations and organizations. Her work has been included in WeeOnes, Whimsey, Saplings, Kudzu, Confetti-Celebrations, and many more. As a professional author and illustrator, Bonnie has entertained at numerous schools, libraries, museums and festivals. She is a proud member of The Society of Children's Book Writer's and Illustrators. She lives with her husband on a farm with four dogs, chickens and their horse, Dr. Jesse.

Hi Bonnie,
I have several children's stories in the works - just as soon as I can load them back onto the computer. The old one died last month and the new one has a cd reader/burner, but no disc drive and of course I saved them to disc LOL. What kind of sheep did you have?
