Janice Scott

My name is Janice Haskins-Scott. I am the author of �Reflections of a Warrior, Inspirational Everyday Poetry-Poetry That Inspires-that has just been published by PublishingRoom.com, and the novel, MISPLACED.� I am also the creator of �Stepping Stone-A Card For Each Step You Take� substance abuse recovery, greeting cards. Several of my poems have been published by the National Library of Poetry that have been published in the following anthologies: �Into the Unknown, Days gone By, Recollections of Yesterday, and IN Dappled Sunlight.� I have been awarded the �Editor�s Choice Award,� for Outstanding Achievement in Poetry for 1996. The same Poets Society has also given me an �Award of Recognition� as a �Famous Poet� for 1998. The Sparrowgrass Poetry Forum has published one of my poems in their summer 1997 edition of �Poetic Voices of America.� The Modern Poetry Society has published one of my poems in their anthology of modern poetry, �Images of the Mind.� The famous poet�s society has published several of my poems in their �Famous Poems of the Twentieth Century,� and has invited me on several occasions, to attend their annual Poetry Conventions in several different cities to read my poetry to the public.
