You showed me
how to feel
you
when you
looked at
me

How your eyes gently
wound themselves
down my curves
across my neck
caressing my lips
how you found everything
soft
and warm

You made me feel
the loving touch
of a man
who didn't know
he knew
how to love

And now that I wait
for you to come back
I ache for your eyes,
for the trails
they traced along
my heated skin
