but for the longest time,
they didn't have a clue.

kind of funny really. You
have no idea but since we
met I haven't been able to
stop smiling.

Why?

when we're together
nothing gets to me. You make
me happy and

can't figure out what makes you
stand out from the others.

Is it that smile or yours
that I

Love

so much? Or maybe
It's your sense of humor.
Maybe it's the amazing stories

You

tell. Or maybe it's something
different entirely.

I guess it's cause I love you.

I thought I'd try Ellen Hopkins' style of poetry. I don't really think it's my thing so this may be the last time I write like this.

I haven't actually read any of Ellen Hopkins books, but I've flipped through them and I read a few pages.
Anyway, I really like the way you wrote this poem. It's really awesome, and I like how the mood in the poem doesn't change from happy to sad or to angry. Well done. :)
