On boredom

On boredom

A Poem by Arthur Russell

Bored bored bored, mind numbing thud
Perpetuating the mental sludge through which I wade
An unending wheelspin in my racing mind
Oh to break free in a flight of ecstasy

Endless dronings on and on
A barrier ever closer, expanding to the horizon
Oh sweet nectar of passions long pent up
Let me feast in your indulgence once again

You have a wonderful way of expressing your thoughts. Boredom can be stifling so understandable why you'd be searching for that sweet nectar of passion once again. I really enjoyed this!
