i put my own dramatic pause and breath at this line:
"I am the girl next door" love it! ... we are all all that aren't we ... no use in trying to eat only those parts and pieces that appeal ... its the whole meal or nothing when it comes to fulfilled living ... at glancing at the whole of your poem ... i had my doubts as to all the repetition ... but in reading ... it works well ... the point new with each line ... and your closing has a soft endearing acceptance in it ... makes me think of me daughters ;)
