Un-Fairtytale Story

Un-Fairtytale Story

A Poem by Shei
"

Holding on to negativity will kill a soul

"

Once upon a time

Hate resided inside this cold heart

Forgiveness came to visit

Hate would not let it in

Then Love knocked

Hate turned it away

For years no one knocked but

Anger

Resentment

Fear

Jealousy

Snuck in periodically

To feed the heart more hates

That the heart was clogging up

One day, someone was outside

It would not say who it was

When Hate peeked through the window

It realized it was Death

You do realize that time is wasted when hate resides in your heart. Why is time wasted? Instead of living your life with love and filling your joy, hate and anger slowly kills you. Deep and very philosophical. Check my poems for a light atmosphere! Good short poem! Keep it up!

Thank you very much KeiseRaven and I agree with. Hate does ruins the soul.
More hates...good wording.

This has deep meaning, hate can fill your world so nothing else can get in.

Well done.
