"Float unhinged in cyberspace".....now THAT is an apt description, Pestonjee! Though methinks the laws of gravity and ginormous size will conspire to have them crashing down to Earth.....much like their efforts. There is quite an eloquence to your poem and an underhanded sense of wit and delight. I sense more tears of delight than tears of sorrow. Some partings are sweet sorrow yet others are just damn good riddance. And so it is. May they drift aimless in cyberspace woofing and oinking in their failed disgrace! Victory is so sweet. Loved the poem, Pestonjee! Great work. Pop that champagne!

Splendidly expressed write, Mr. Pestonjee. This one is imbued with witty satire, suggesting you'd love to bask in good, long sought riddance! You are so eager to bid them goodbye that you'd have the whole sky empty just for their smooth departure..Then using using "spittoon" as a rhymer for "balloon" in that manner is, brutal. Seems you really had a hard time with them.. Nevertheless, I wish you have a better experience and wish them better days as well.

A mostly humorous creation--also conveying some definite resentment and loss of patience.
"Hot air balloons" are not huggable; spittoons, less than ideal landing places.
