Lost Love

Lost Love

A Poem by Abhishek Asthana
"

Truly said, “God can heal a broken heart, but He has to have all the pieces.”

"

Ik mulakat ki aarzoo reh gyi,

Zabt-e-Ishq ka naa-khush sama reh gya....

Naashna Mehfilo me b daakhil hue,

Peechey chahat ka ik rehnuma reh gya....

Sirf Jaddojahad ki dagar reh gyi,

Aur Khuda hamko dete panaah reh gya....

Musalsal ham masmaar karte rahe,

Kaise fir ik khalish ka nishaan reh gya....

Nazron se unki gairat bhi kam ho gyi,

Safar-e-muhabbat me mai bhi tanhaa reh gya...

Zindagi ki kafas se the azaad hum,

Rokta humko wo nigehbaan reh gya...

Bad-anzaam Ehd-e-wafaa ka raha,

Ishq is martaba bhi fanaa reh gya.... !!

Author's Note

Abhishek Asthana
Hi my fellow co-writers,
I am making a comeback after a long time in this platform to share few more of my writings as now i have managed to take out some time to follow my passion. Meanwhile missed you all.
When i appeared in this stage for the very first time i had shared a hindi-urdu heartbroken poem and everyone loved it so one again i am bringing a similar kind of stuff. Hope each of my fellow writer may likes and connects with it. After some time i will re-start writing in both the languages as i was keen to be here since a long time.

Hum umeed karte hai ki apki mulaquat ki aarzoo kabhi khatam na ho, taaki aap aur bhi sundar kavitayein likhte rahe.

I attempted to translate the poem using several different filters including Google Translate but was unable to do so. If it were written in Devanagari script it might possibly make it easier to translate.
