The Chrysler Building had become an epitome of modern civilization and traffic. However, it's threatened by new era anti-Western terrorist groups like Cobra.

At a prominent West Coast genomics lab, government scientists work on a method of generating a biochemically enhanced super-soldier named 'Nuclear Man' to combat this new brand of anti-civilization terrorism.

NUCLEAR MAN: I have the power of solar energy at my disposal, and my internal molecules are heated weapons!

CHICAGO HERALD: Nuclear Man has become a 'super-villain' and requires modern vigilantes to challenge him.

These two modern vigilantes were diamond-pirates (Raki Willis and Amlan Satan), experienced in ninja-tactics.

RAKI/AMLAN: We'll recruit individuals from our social networks to provide traffic distractions for our stealth mission!

Now, it was known that Amlan Satan's a popular online children's comic book artist/storyteller, but this new mission with Raki to strike at the heart of the deadly 'Nuclear Man' gone rogue would require serious wits and resources to coordinate civilization infrastructures to protect the very heart of humanity's imagination.

RAKI: The children's art centers of cities like Chicago must be safeguarded from exploitation during this mission!

While politically charged comic book art was being marketed to address modern terrorism-politics concerns regarding the rogue 'Nuclear Man' threatening the fabric of governance/military, the two masked ninja-vigilantes Raki/Amlan hoped to use this sort of democratic art to challenge the grip Nuclear Man held on modern civilization crime-fighting.

NUCLEAR MAN: Those two diamond-pirates are thieves using media pulpits to destroy my public image.

RAKI/AMLAN: We'll use water-guns filled with acid to shoot at 'Nuclear Man' and disorient him completely!

CHICAGO HERALD: If these two 'dart-mouths' challenge Nuclear Man's power, we'll thank God for diction.
